When a guest submits a booking request and payment is confirmed, a booking agreement is formed between the guest and the host.

Guests agree to comply with property rules, check-in and check-out times, and host policies.

Hosts agree to honor confirmed bookings.

TrustStayNG may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors. Payment terms may include service fees, cleaning fees, and deposits.

All payment details are displayed before a booking is confirmed.

Guests and hosts must comply with the platform's cancellation and refund policies. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property listing.

Guests may leave reviews after completing a stay. Reviews must be accurate and not contain offensive or misleading content.

TrustStayNG reserves the right to remove reviews that violate community guidelines.

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Circumvent platform payment systems
• Harass other users
• Scrape or copy platform content

Violations may result in account suspension.

TrustStayNG provides a platform connecting hosts and guests but does not guarantee property condition, availability, or uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, TrustStayNG is not liable for damages arising from bookings or property use.

TrustStayNG may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies.
